Had an amazing time with my friends! We hit up The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Jurassic Park at Islands of Adventure. The breakfast was awesome with tons of options, and the pool was super inviting. The view from our room was fantastic, looking out at the Eye!
One bummer was that the clerk who checked us in wasn't friendly at all. I tried to lighten the mood, but she just didn’t engage. Also, the bathroom door didn’t lock properly, which might bother some guests.

Not for the solo traveler
I got a room upgrade which is almost unheard of. The location was perfect, right near food and attractions.
It wasn’t a bargain, but still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on 31 Augideal locationcomfortable bedslimited breakfast optionsplastic wastelack of variety
The location is ideal for both tourists and business travelers, right near Icon Park, making it easy to explore the area. The Standard Queen Room was not only clean but also spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's rest. Breakfast offered enough options for a quick start to the day, although it lacked variety. While the utensils and containers were plastic, which felt wasteful, the welcoming staff made the overall experience pleasant.

The location is fantastic, being so close to Icon Park made it easy to relax after a long flight. The breakfast was pretty good, although seating was limited, so we ended up in the lounge area. I loved the little free beer and snack happy hour they had in the evenings, which was a nice surprise. Overall, a great place to stay if you're planning to visit the parks or just need a comfortable base for a family trip.

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and was conveniently located near attractions. However, it was difficult to find parking and the rooms had some cleanliness issues, like hairs in the shower. The staff were attentive, but it could definitely use more personnel to manage better service.

The local eats are fire! Hit up Vincenzo Cucina for some killer Italian or Charley's Steak House for a juicy steak—both just a hop away! Our stay was sweet with welcome snacks and a groovy mini mart on-site. The breakfast had some solid options too.
One tricksy point—everything at breakfast was all about the plastic! All the utensils and cups were for the bin. Wish they'd go for greener options. such a bummer as it felt wasteful after so much glorious food!

The pool area was really refreshing, and we enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers after a long day at the parks. Just a heads-up, the breakfast area can get a bit cramped, but it didn't ruin our fun at all! 😄

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the easy access to Universal Studios. The breakfast spread was delightful, with something for everyone—even the picky eaters. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made traveling with kids a lot smoother.
My wife says that they should really provide better information on parking. it's a hassle having to walk across the street to get to your car.
